Jeff has been with City Wide since 2019. He has worked in numerous roles within our company currently being the office manager. Jeff came to Citywide with numerous years in customer service. Jeff has four kids and enjoys coaching baseball and bowling in his free time.

Lula is our beloved Chesapeake Bay Retriever and the heart of the office. Since joining the team, she has taken on the essential role of Chief Happiness Officer, specializing in stress relief, team bonding, and unsolicited but highly appreciated tail wags.

Known for her intelligence, loyalty, and calm demeanor, Lulu ensures every employee starts their day with a smile and a nudge. She takes pride in maintaining a paw-sitive work environment by supervising coffee breaks, offering support during crunch times, and occasionally stealing the spotlight during Zoom meetings.

Outside office hours, you can find Lulu indulging in outdoor adventures, chasing tennis balls with single-minded purpose, or snoozing in a sunbeam like it’s a full-time job.

My goal is to offer a solution to my customer’s problems, while minimizing their stress of having to mange it.I recently retired from a 20 year career as a Paramedic. As a father of 3 boys who keep me very busy with their music lessons and baseball, I am looking forward to having a long career here at City Wide and know that I will be a great addition to the team.

Tyler joined City Wide in 2023 as a Facility Solutions Manager. With a strong background in sales and customer service, he is eager to make his customers’ day to day operations easier. Not only is his dedication and desire to improve operations for his customers one of a kind, but his valuable experience, positive personality and creative insight have made him an essential member of the City Wide team!

Shawn began his career at City Wide as a Facility Solutions Manager in 2023. With over 25+ years of customer service and client management experience, his dedication to working closely with clients to tackle any issues that arise is paramount. His ultimate goal is to streamline his customers’ daily facility operations, freeing them to concentrate on what’s more important to them, their business. Shawn’s passion is his family and loves making memories with them. Family vacations to the beach are wonderful, but time in Vegas with his wife is the best!

Jared Nolan is professional with extensive experience in sales, customer service, logistics, and operations. With a strong foundation in business strategy and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, he excels in driving customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering lasting relationships.

Leveraging a disciplined military background, he brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to every role. This experience, coupled with a deep understanding of business dynamics, enables Jared to adapt quickly and execute solutions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Jeff is a father of 13 kids (4 of his own and 9 from marriage in 2023) so outside of work he stays pretty busy. Jeff loves Jesus and enjoys loving on people as Christ loves us. Jeff Brawner is a graduate of McKendree University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a Minor in Advertising. Jeff has been worked in sales and business development for over 20 years and loves building meaningful relationships with all his customers. To Jeff, Business Development isn’t about “making a sale” but solving problems for his customers and being there to nurture and take care of them from start to finish. Jeff believes in being selfless, not just in his personal life but in all aspects, allowing the Servant Leadership Christ demonstrated to resonate in everything he does, putting others before himself. Jeff is very active in his church, Eastside Christian Church and loves the Lord with a daily mission of being a disciple to the world around him. Jeff enjoys spending time with family. When he is not working or running kids around, he enjoys most being out in nature hiking, kayaking, tent camping etc. When he can he loves relaxing on a beach but is also a roller coaster enthusiast and visits Kings Island and Cedar Point as often as he can with his family. He someday hopes to travel to Bora Bora and the woods of British Columbia. His goal in life is to leave this earth, not with the most stuff, but having positively impacted the lives of as many people around him and helping them to understand the endless love of Christ.

With more than a decade of experience in operations, sales, and client service, Shane is dedicated to building strong relationships and delivering long-term value for his clients.

A graduate of the San Diego Culinary Institute and a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he brings discipline, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset to everything he does. Outside of work, Shane enjoys cooking, traveling across the country, and discovering new foods with his family.

Yaa joined the team in April 2025 as a Business Development Specialist. With over four years of experience in client relations, she is focused on building strong partnerships and delivering thoughtful solutions.

Originally from Ghana, Yaa relocated to Louisville to pursue her master’s degree, expanding her expertise into business analytics. She is passionate about problem-solving and helping others, something that runs deep, as her surname Yeboah fittingly means “helper.”

Yaa is excited to grow with the team, combining her background in client engagement with a data-driven approach to support long-term success.

Nilsia Aguilar is a native of Cuba and has lived in Louisville since 2005. She began her career with City Wide Facility Solutions in March 2022, bringing her experience in customer service and bilingual skills to the company. She is very passionate about helping our independent contractor partners as her diligence and professionalism shine through.

Max joined City Wide as a Facility Solutions Manager, bringing over 12 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management. His dedication to building strong partnerships and delivering effective solutions helps ensure his clients’ facilities operate smoothly and efficiently every day. Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time with his family—whether cheering on the Louisville Cardinals, chasing after his energetic toddler, Jane, or exploring all that the great city of Louisville has to offer.

Cameron recently joined our Citywide night manager team after working several years as a cleaner himself. Cameron takes pride in his continuous hard work and effort to provide quality service to customers. He aims to have good communication and relationships with our various contractors and clients.

Collier joins the City Wide team and is eager to learn everything there is about the facility solutions industry. Currently in college majoring in business management. He spends most of his time practicing his game of golf and spending time with family and friends.

Elizabeth joins our team eager to learn all there is about the building maintenance of industry. She has a good eye for detail and strives on customer satisfaction. She is ready to build lasting relationships with our IC’s, team members, and clients!

My name is Stephany I was born in Florida with Cuban parents I’m bilingual and I have 5 years of recruiting experience .I just joined the city wide team and I’m really happy to be part of this amazing team and looking forward to grow and learn everything about the cleaning industry.

Yoana Desdin recently joined our Citywide team. She enjoys spending her downtime with family and friends. She has had some commercial cleaning experience and is excited to learn all there is in the building maintenance industry. She has a great eye for detail and organization and loves making a difference for the better wherever possible!

Jorge was born on July 25, 1990, in the city of Manzanillo, in the province of Granma, Cuba. At the age of 15, I began my studies at the Elementary Music School of the city, where I graduated at the age of 18. At the same time, I studied in parallel at the Polytechnic School of Economics in the city, completing my studies alongside music and graduating as a Middle Technical Bachelor in Economics.

In 2009, I began working as an Economic Technician for the Provincial Music Marketing Company of Granma, where I later assumed the role of General Manager around 2012. Additionally, since my graduation as a musician, I also began working as an instrumental musician with the Symphonic Band of the city, where I remained until October 2023.

Upon my arrival in the United States on April 17, 2024, I began working as a Cleaner at ‘El Yimo Services LLC,’ where I gained professional experience in specialized cleaning services for schools and various workplaces.

Tammy joined the City Wide team in 2016. She is eager to please her clients while helping independent contractors keep on track with customer demands. Tammy has over a decade of experience in Commercial Janitorial Services.

Austin is a Commercial Business Solutions Executive who partners with property managers, facility directors, and business owners to deliver dependable commercial building maintenance solutions. With more than 13 years of sales experience, he is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique needs and providing practical, cost-effective strategies that enhance building performance and reduce operational risk.

Known for going above and beyond to save clients time and solve challenges proactively, Austin builds trusted relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and genuine care. He values the collaborative team environment at City Wide, where exceeding customer expectations is not just a goal—it’s a shared passion.

Austin is married and a proud father of two. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and visiting the lake.

Jeremy joined City Wide in 2026 and brings over 20 years of combined experience in sales, customer service, account management, and client-facing roles across a wide range of industries. He prides himself on building, developing, and growing relationships rooted in trust and integrity. With a genuine interest in people, Jeremy connects easily with individuals from all backgrounds.

As a Facility Solutions Manager, Jeremy goes above and beyond to ensure exceptional service and complete client satisfaction. He is married with three children, and outside of work, you’ll often find him attending his kids’ activities or managing their busy schedules. Jeremy is passionate about food and sports and enjoys catching up on his favorite shows whenever he gets the chance.
